This is a duplex. The building is vacant and is being sold in AS IS condition. There is a Condemnation sign on the building. The Town of Middletown Code Enforcement Dept placed the condemnation notice because there is a broken water line coming from the street to the building. The water is now shut off. Once the repair to the water line is complete and all violations are paid to the Town of Middletown, the condemnation notice will be removed. The water was bubbling up between the front of the house and the sidewalk. With tenants in the building, they had to condemn the building without water available to the tenants. There are 2 separate doors that lead to each unit. Those doors are boarded up and cannot be removed without the code enforcement officer present. We will not be showing the units. Please refer to the photos I took of the rooms in the building for reference. The unit on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and kitchen. The 2nd floor unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and kitchen.
